We ROGER SAINT-VICTOR HERARD, in Ecclesia TAU CHARLES, Bishop of Bethany by the Grace of God, Metropolitan of Chicago, Primat of North America, do let all know that after consulting and by recommendation of the HOLY SYNOD OF THE GNOSTIC APOSTOLIC CHURCH OF NORTH AMERICA reaffirm our decision of having elevated to the Dignity of the Episcopate the Reverend Presbyter ROBERT MICKAEL COKINIS, under the title of Bishop of WISCONSIN, with his Apostolic See at BELLWOOD, ILLINOIS, U.S.A.
The Very Reverend Msgr. ROBERT MICHAEL COKINIS will be consecrated Bishop in the briefest delay possible to allow him to assume the duties in his charge.
We ask the Archbishops, Bishops, Priests, Archdeacons, and Deacons and all the members of the Universal Gnostic Apostolic Clergy and to other Churches and religious Communities, in spiritual Communion with us to recognise the new GNOSTIC EPISCOPATE ROBERT MICHAEL COKINIS in his Tittle and Quality. He will carry the Nomen in Ecclesia Tau CHARLES HARMONIUS II.

We, ROGER SAINT-VICTOR HERARD, in eccelsia TAU CHARLES, Bishop of Bethany by the grace of God, Metropolitan of Chicago, primat of the Gnostic Catholic Apostolic Autocephalus Church of North America, Holder of Apostolic Succession according to EVODUS, first Patriarch of the Antioch Church and consecrated by the Apostle Peter.
LET IT BE KNOWN
To all those present and who read this that on November Fourth 1984 at Benet Lake in the presence of an assisting Christian presence in the State of Wisconsin U.S.A. exercising our episcopal powers conferred through the succession of the Apostolic Cathedra of Antioch of Syria after having invoked by prayer the vivifying PNEUMA HAGION, the Holy SPIRIT and with the help of the Co-Consecrators: Most Reverend Karl St Cyr E.G.A.. We layed our hands on the Reverend Presbyter Robert Cokinis. We consecrated him with Holy Oils with the Title of Bishop of Sardis using the ancient and traditional Pontifical custom used by our Holy Gnostic and Apostolic Church and have given him the religious Name of Tau Charles Harmonius II. We have also conferred on him the powers to ordain the Religious, Priests, to consecrate Churches, sacred Vases, Altars, Cemeteries and to accomplish all the functions inherent in the dignity of an Episcopate.
We ask that all Our Bishops, Priests, Deacons, and Members of our diverse Fraternities and Religious Communities in communion with the Gnostic Catholic Apostolic Church, recognize the powers which accorded to him by our Holy Church.
