To All Who will presently see these, GREETINGS, PEACE, and APOSTOLIC BLESSINGS, in the name of LOGOS SOTER, in the bosom of the Divine PLEROMA. AMEN!
We, ROBERT MICHAEL COKINIS, in Ecclesia TAU CHARLES HARMONIUS II, Bishop of Bethany by the Grace of God, Metropolitan Chicago, Primate of North America, do know that after consultation and on the express recommendation of the HOLY APOSTOLIC GNOSTIC SYNOD OF NORTH AMERICA, we reaffirm our decision to raise to the Episcopal Dignity Reverend Presbyter ------------- under the title of Abbot General of the Confraternity of the Servants of the Divine Name.
The Very Reverend Monsignor ------------- will be consecrated Bishop as soon as possible, to enable him to ensure the duties of his office.
We ask the Archbishops, Bishops, Priests, Deacons and Archdeacons and Clergy Members of the Universal Apostolic Gnostic and other Churches and Religious Communities in spiritual communion with us to recognize the new EPISCOPE GNOSTIC ------------- in his title and Quality. He will bear the name in Ecclesia Tau APOLLONIUS, Titular Abbot Bishop of Bethany.

and We spent the Holy Oils giving the Title and authorities “Coadjutor with right of succession,” according to the Gnostic Apostolic Pontifical used in our Holy Catholic Apostolic Gnostic Church, and We gave him the name of religion Tau Apollonius. We have even given him the authority to ordain priests, discipline or remove clergy, institute religious orders and societies, convene synods, conferences and religious retreats, consecrate chapels, dedicate Oratories, churches and shrines, and preserve all sacred initiatory affiliations through retained authority.
We pray the Divine Pneuma Hagion bless him and help him in his duties. We ask the Archbishops, Bishops, Priests, Archdeacons and Deacons and Member of the Clergy Universal Gnostic Apostolic and other Churches and Religious Communities in Spiritual Communion and Communion of Peace with us to recognize these powers were granted by Our Holy Church.
