Fourth Sunday of Autumn
Gospel Reading
The sower went out to sow. As he sowed, some grain fell by the wayside, and the birds came and ate it all up. Others fell on stony ground, where there was not much soil; they sprang up immediately, because the soil was shallow. When the sun came up, they burned and dried up because they had no roots.
Others fell into brambles; the brambles grew and choked them. Others fell into good soil, and they bore fruit at a rate of a hundred, or sixty, or thirty to one. He who has an ear, let him hear!
